Luke 9:23 (nkjv) Then He said to them all, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
In this text we see Where Jesus confronted and challenged us all both collectively and personally. The verses leading up to this scripture gives us a small glimpse into the life and earthly ministry of Jesus, the writer then pens the words (Then He said to them all) which is a grandiose question for any and everybody to ask themselves if they in fact really want to go down the same path as Jesus did, followed by (if anyone) and this is where the title comes in to full effect (Are You Committed). The call to follow Jesus is given to every human being, the commitment has to be taken independent of any and everyone elses decision. In order for you and I to be Committed to Following Jesus it will take for that person to (Desire it, Deny self, Daily Follow Him) you see the fact of the matter is every person that comes to church has just made a decision but only the Committed are daily following after Jesus.
