While You Are Waiting!

Many of us today are living a life that we don't want to live right now. We are in the house when we don't want to be, we are not able to go to the store, park, outside, and in many cases go to work. We can't go to our church buildings (and yes I want to very much so) or other places that we have been used to frequenting. The Word of God found in Isaiah 40:31 brings us some comfort and hope. But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
As I read this text, I get comfort and hope knowing that the God of the Universe has you and I on His mind. What I mean by that is, He knows exactly what is happening in the world today and still tells us to Wait on Him. Waiting on him will bring comfort to all who Truly Trust in God! Your Trust in Him from the past will comfort you in the present! It also brings hope. When this season comes to pass, you and I have some promises to look forward to: Renewed Strength (this lay-off from life as usual will be energizing to those waiting on God) Mount Up (this lay-off will bring with it a brand new perspective when you are waiting on The Lord) Run & Walk (this lay-off comes with endurance, stamina, patience, and wisdom. Not only will we win the race set before us, but we'll know what tool to use and when best to use it. So what will you do While You Are Waiting?
